Excellent, clean comfortable room, with all you need, including choccie biscuits. Comfortable bed and excellent bed linen. Extremely quiet, with lovely views over Coverack. A real gem. Will be back when l visit later in the year. Thank you. Totally recommend.

Very comfortable room, and a most congenial hostess, Ann. Nothing was too much trouble for her.Lovely breakfast which she served early for us. Very clean and welcoming, great place to rest weary bones after a day on the South west Coastal Path.

We stayed here while walking the south west coast path and would highly recommend it. Great welcome with tea and cake, lovely room and a great hostess. The breakfast also was excellent. If you are walking the SWCP then this rates among the top B&B's.

Ann's B&B was like a little heaven for us on our way around Cornwall. After a very long walk along the coast we stayed for one night at Ann's. The house as well as the room was enchanting and very clean. The breakfast was the best english breakfast of our 2 week United Kingdom trip. Absolute recommendable!

Last min trip, visiting an ill relative in the nearby nursing home. Literally went onto visit Coverack, 30 plus B n B and hotels came up. Just started ringing round them all to see if they had availability for the next day and comparing prices. Most did have vacancies being off peak, we chose Fernleigh firstly because of the manner... Unfortunately my reason for visiting Coverack was not for pleasure; my father is in the nearby nursing home and unfortunately suffered a decline in health. I booked Fernleigh entirely because it was near to the home and Ann was prompt and efficient with her responses to emails so I wasn't sure what to expect. As you will have read from... More

We have stayed at Fernleigh on other occasions this last trip for three nights was as we have come to expect the best B & B in one of the best Cornish villages. Rating 10 out of 10 breakfast, room, even home made biscuits in your room.

I have forgiven Ann for being a closet Spurs supporter for she made mefill most welcome and could not have done anymore for me after a days walking. This Lady has a permanent smile on her face and her laugh is very contagious. I would certainly agree with all of the other comments re. cleanliness and quality of food. The... More

My husband and I recently stayed here for one night. Ann outdid herself :) attention to detail throughout the whole stay was to such a high standard. On arrival we had afternoon tea and Ann's home made lemon cake, oh my gosh was that lush :) Breakfast was 10/10 also. We will definitely be returning as we thoroughly loved our... More

My huhsband and I stayed here for one night during our walk from Penzance to Falmouth along the coast. I was particularly impressed with the warm welcome we got at Fernleigh coupled with the attention to detail. Our room was a double with en suite and the bed was huge (Larger than king size) with a very comfortable mattress. In... More
