The hotel is located far from the city center. I used it because near where I have to work, but it is near to the train to Paris center (16 minutes and 5 euros run and back). Sceaux is a cool place near to the Sceaux park and during the night you can stay outside in a bar to drink... More

My wife and I stayed the night in Hotel Colbert. It is a nice, clean, friendly hotel in Sceaux (pronounced "so") - conveniently loacted on the RER line about 20 minutes from Gare du Nord.. The Good: This hotel is located within walking distance of the Sceaux Chateau and Park -- an absolute gem of a destination and well worth the trip from Paris. I would go here over Versailles any day. The hotel is also situated directly next door to a lovely high-end, charming shopping area that contains a grocery store and many food... More
