Firstly I must add what wonderful hosts Elsie and her family were. We were made very welcome from the moment we arrived. The road to the accommodation is very bumpy and will make you think have taken an incorrect turning but follow Elsie instructions and you will arrive safe and sound. The rooms were lovely just what we wanted for... More

We stayed here our first night in South Africa on our way from Johannesburg to St. Lucia. Elsie (and her family) was very warm/hospitable and friendly that we felt we are at home. More than anything our kids enjoyed playing with the lovely dogs. We had an excellent dinner and breakfast, served in the courtyard. The rhino unit is clean... More

We arrived there at midday on Sunday. Elsie, was very helpful, good host. Even with the time of the booking and before we arrived there, she was very helpful. The farm is situated close to the Swaziland border between the mountains. 'Breath-taking views. There is a small Dam with a lapa on the dam. One can 'put' your hand on... More

We stayed here for one night on our way to Sodwana Bay. Can't say enough about how great Elsie, the owner, was. She checked on us a few times during our stay, made sure that we were warm enough and comfortable, helped us with directions and even brought us some delicious home made roast potatoes. The facilities are great value... More

A so friendster place to leave. Beautifull vies in a quiet place near Swaziland border. It could ne difficult to find (naughty GPS) but it´s like a discovery place. An excellent welcome by the so smily hostess. The Buffalo room is amazing....And the animals will enjoy all the family. The place to leave.

Stayed one night and very pleasantly surprised. Excellent value for money, friendly and helpful advice from Elsie. Loads and loads of space to spread out and get organised for next part of trip. Also nice to have no security concerns and a comfy bed. Will stay there again if the opportunity arises. Brian and Sue (New Zealand)

What a stunning, well kept and friendly feeling establishment. From the minute we arrived we were treated like family. The rooms are massive with stunning bathrooms. The dam looked inviting for a throw or two but time didnt allow. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a peaceful break.
