Lovely small hotel just outside Boulogne on the coast road to Calais, stopped here numerous times since 1975, showing my age. Hotel right on the beach literally, rooms typical french, specialites sea food and fruites de mer. Run by younge couple very friendly, think its been in same family for years, not to expensive. the fishermen tractor there boats down... More

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions on our return to England. The rooms are clean and comfortable, some facing the sea. Fresh fish and seafood are available at the restaurant. We have always enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Used hotel and restaurant a couple years ago. This time stayed 1 night and ate in restaurant. A new owner in place only a few weeks so busy getting hotel/restaurant in order. New owner local whose family own and run a restaurant at Cap Gris Nez. Very pleasant and welcoming and obliging by changing a booking at short notice when... More

We visited the restaurant after a recommendation from the owner of the B&B we were staying at. We tucked into the set price 3 course meal for €20 and enjoyed fish soup, Moules n frites and a tarte tatan. Excellent food and good service from very friendly staff.

Audresselles was on our way, so we stayed for one night at l'Hotel de la Plage. We were there only to sleep and dine, so not many memories. But the room was clean, comfortable, and the location very peaceful. After reading reviews, we decided to dine out instead of at the hotel. There are a few good restaurants in the... More

The best meal we had on our European tour. Superb seafood and help yourself Hors D'Ouvres. The staff were rather pushed but were effecient and friendly. Can't speak for the restaurant as we were staying down the road but really pleased we landed on this for our last night.

The hotel is exactly where it says opposite the main beach. The beach was a revelation packed with beach huts and thousands of the locals enjoying the late August sun. I have never noticed on ferry journeys, which glide past every twenty mins. It is a 15 min walk to the Town Centre with loads of restaurants. The hotel itself... More

small hotel / restaurant but with super location. Low room rate, beware breakfast is extra Ample parking available at the hotel. Friendly staff / good service. Hotel has undergone a facelift. Restaurant good but nothing more Definitely recommended for short stay. Shame about the breakfast, typical french. but at that price we expected a buffet. we will go back there:... More

The hotel is mediocre, hospitality is ok but nothing special. It is nicely situated, just near the beach. Rooms are mediocre, and look clean, but if you look closer, in corners et. it is rather dirty... What really bothered us, was the noise of the plumbing and heating at night... Beds are small, at least when you're 1.86m..Breakfast is good.
