We loved our experience at Urraca! Francine, the proprietor, was a gracious hostess, an excellent cook and had impeccable taste. We stayed there in early May 2014 and had pretty good weather. A beautiful Island With a great hostess , Francine. The cabins are very confortable and cosy. The food Is délicious, fresh and cooked With à lot Of love and good taste. It takes a bit of work to get to Urraca but it is well worth it. The boat ride from Bocas is beautiful. It rained our entire first day and it was still wonderful. Do NOT forget your snorkel and mask. My family's 4 night stay at Urraca was spectacular! Beautiful cabins and walkways built on a stunning mangrove. Our host Francine was so kind, warm & great fun. The water was clear and perfect for swimming or snorkelling, the meals of fresh lobster....yummy! Urraca Private Island is truly off the beaten path. This secluded hideaway is a great place to relax, swim and snorkel. Francine is an amazing host and takes care of your all your needs. The Ngobe Indians who work for her are super friendly and very helpful. I wish we had more time there.

The best tropical place i have visited by far. The service was perfect, the food was great, and the view was to die for. This place is a must, you have to go there, you could only find a other place like this in bora bora .
