Good location, older style resort, nice pool, big rooms but lack of maintenance a problem. No hot water during my stay and my laundry got mixed up a few times, so keep track of what you submit to the laundry. Food is average. Good massage at spa.

The best hotel in Goa. Starting from Nazia in reservations, reception staff, bar staff and pool staff were all great. Very friendly and helpful staff. It's a cute hotel connected to the beach. It was the perfect hotel to relax and destress.

This property is a good 20 miles and about an hour from the city of Goa.
