Gorgeous and very clean property with outstanding and very well equipped spa area. Huge outdoor pool. One of the best massages I've ever had. The rooms are bright and clean with extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good and staff was super friendly and helpful. Really wish we would have stayed longer, loved this place!

The rooms were beautiful, beds very comfortable and a very luxurious bathroom/shower. We were lucky to have a balcony overlooking the pool which was great The outside pool area was amazing The restaurant was overpriced but wouldn't expect anything less from a 5 star hotel so we didn't eat there but that wasn't too much of a problem as we... Very large outdoor pool was unexpected (see photo) and the spacious, comfortable room gave a good first impression despite the ordinary location. But the "devil was in the detail" with no hair conditioner or shower cap and no slippers despite having hard flooring - all rather standard provisions for a real 5-star hotel. And the threadbare bath towels did not... More

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of Saga Jewels of Croatia holiday. Staff not as friendly and helpful as the previous two hotels. Pool left a lot to be desired, bottom was dirty, at the start of the season we expected a clean pool. Nothing to do in Solin. Highlight was a 200 yard walk to Lidls! On the... More

This was a great place to stay while visiting Split. It has a nice restaurant and breakfast. Includes a spa and a couple outdoor pools. Across the street is a little park and by walking through the park you can get to a nice little town and also visit some nearby ruins. The rooms are clean, roomy and well equiped.... More

Big and luxury conference room, great garden with pool. Dinner was good, food is delicious, and wine card is so rich. Touch of mediteranium in luxury hotel near Split. Good expirience in global. Worth fiwe stars :-)

Stayed here for four nights at the start of a two week Saga tour. Rooms are large and very comfortable and the shower/ bath not complicated as has been spoken about in earlier reviews. The pool area is not large and I didn't use it. The indoor pool isn't one of the best. The dining room lets things down. The... More

The Hotel President is a lovely hotel in the quiet village of Solin about 5 km from Split. The hotel itself boasts two good outside swimming pools and an indoor pool. However there were not enough sunbeds available. Bedrooms are large and very well appointed with spa/jet shower and jacuzzi baths. All meals were served from a buffet restaurant and... More

As part of an Insight tour of Croatia, we had a very pleasant one night stay in this elegant hotel situated in a small town/suburb, Solin, outside of Split. Our room was very spacious and quiet. I was impressed with many features of the room such as the highly polished hardwood floors, the quality dark wood cabinets and furniture, the... More

Stayed here for a couple of days on a tour. It is located about 10mins drive from Split (100Kuna taxi, or #10 bus a bit longer and a lot cheaper). Solin is effectively a suburb of Split and the town itself has little to offer. The Roman ruins of the original settlement are about 30mins walk away. Rooms are very... More
