We stayed here in December 2011. The staff was very helpful and most spoke good English. They have an outdoor hot tub, a pool table, a sauna. We spent there few days with friends and it was a charming experience. The hotel is situated in a very quiet and beautiful area. St. Ana vulcanic lake is a must see. Rooms are clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated in wood and they have a warm feel. Restaurant is cozy and serves great food, paired with a wide selection of local...
