My girlfriend and I traveled to this amazing place and were floored by the beauty of the place. This place is a perfect combination of remoteness and modern comfort. It is a private little paradise hidden away from everything, yet they do have 24 hr electricity and hot water. The cabanas are made of concrete and have windows with screens,... More

Although we did not stay here. We would like to share our experience. When we made the reservation the owners were really nice and helpful. We booked a two bedroom cabaña. On the website one sees a spilt unit AC. On arrival, we got to know the AC had broken down ( but we were not informed) And they had... More

We are always glad when our guests place their comments on tripadvisor and we have never felt the need to respond to any comment until now. We would like to clarify this particular comment in order to inform our future guests . On the web page it does not say that we offer air conditioning. It is true that you... More

I've stayed here two times now and both time I had a great stay: love the cabañas in front of the laguna, the dock with hammock and the quiteness of the place. The food was always great too! Tucked away in a corner of the laguna it feels like a little small scale paradise ... wish I could have stayed... More

I feel like I should not write this review as it will be giving away a secret location that I feel only a select few know about. But after having such an amazing experience I felt I should let others know. First of all it's not exactly easy to get to and that probably contributes to the uniquely amazing experience.... More

We spent 2 nights here from May 6-8 in a lakefront cabin. Although only 2 cabins are right in front of the lake, they are all in such close proximity that I would stay in any of them. The service was great and the surroundings were magical. We kayaked every day and even used their ping pong table a few... More

In addition to the excellent food, service, accommodations, meticulous landscaping, scenery, and gracious hosts (!), this place offered the best and easiest BIRD WATCHING of our recent 10 day trip to the Yucatan. The several hectare property offers a wide array of vegetation and structural diversity that attracts many species. Robert has created a circuit path through the jungle. We... More

For some reason I did not check reviews before going there. What a pleasant surprise!. Roberto the owner and his wife treated us amazingly well. The place is beyond beautiful, the food was delicious, the kayaking was memorable and we are ready to repeat the whole experience,

Roberto, thank you once again for another incredible trip. As usual you took very very good care of us and your conversations were wonderful as always. We even saw the famous Toucan! You have an incredible resort, from the Crystal clear water to the incredibly peaceful quietness. The grounds are immaculate and the rooms are beautiful. And then there’s the... More

This is truly a beautiful place to come with swimming or kayaking in the tranquil lagoon with its many shades of blue. Everything is very clean, and the area has lovely landscaping. There are lounging chairs in shaded and unshaded areas. The food is excellent. Be aware that it is a long and bumpy drive from the main road; fortunately... More
