It is a nice hotel, beautiful rooms and very spacious. We rented 2 adjacent rooms. One of them with kitchen living room and another sofa bed. Then there is hall connecting the rooms. 2 people in each room and one in sofa bed, you can have 2 more guests since one room have 2 double beds and one queen bed.Nice... More

The staff (especially at the breakfast bar) was super friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and have a fully equipped kitchen (there's even a blender!) Located close to stores, restaurants, etc. The only negative point I have to add is that they could be a bit cleaner overall (rooms, pool,...)

Is a great place to stay, rooms were clean and very nice. Friendly staff. We had a whole villa with 2 rooms kitchen, living room, extra space with a futon. Rooms were overlooking the lagoon with balcony. The only thing missing was maybe some complementary coffee for coffee maker :) Loved this place great gate away

I spent my bday with my wife and my in-laws here. The room was a two bedroom suite for a really affordable price that included a fully equiped kitchen, full balcony and two living room areas as well as a dining set. Balcony had access to the hotel pool and bar. Fridge was a really good plus, it kept my... More

I tried to stay at Ranco Bacalar but they were full and the manager was nice enough to call Villas Bacalar and they were almost empty so I got a beautiful one bedroom suite overlooking the pool. It's about 1 1/2 blocks from the big public resort on the lake and 3-4 blocks from the fort/museum (which was a must... More

I have been traveling for a few days not in the Quintana Roo areas. This is the worst hotel yet. The ac leaked a lot, covering the entire floor of the room. Guy at the front desk came in looked and gave us 2 kitchen size towels to mop it up. Then wanting to enjoy the beautiful lagoon, I asked... More

My husband and I along with 2 friends just spent 2 night here. The front desk man was very nice and spoke a little English. We had a master villa on the first floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a combined living room, dining area, and kitchen with another sitting area joined to the LR by a door along with... More

available, it was only offered after numerous queries at the office. Good things: thWe expected more for the price. Beds were fine, but there was nothing comfortable to sit on, and we had a sitting area. The only thing in it, the futon, was stuck in open position. There was no drinking water provided, only one 500ml bottle for 2... More
