We travel around around in Chile for 5 weeks and this place is one of the best affordable places, finally a discount for low season. After a few days at Magic Mountain we decided to find less pricy rooms. The owner of Rucapillan was bilingual and friendly. The lobby and dining area are comfortable and warm. The food was homemade and very good. It is the most proximate lodging to Mocho-Choshuenco.

The cabins are spacious and clean, the beds are fairly comfortable, but there must be 10 dogs nearby and they bark through the night - makes it incredibly hard to sleep.
