Good: The receptionists are friendly and work efficient. Bad: The hotel is situated in a very bad looking area. The rooms are really ugly and old fashioned. The bathroom looks like the one in a dormitory. The room is very dark, inefficient lighting. The restaurant is really badly managed. Two students (OJT) were acting as waiters, they don't know the... The place itself is difficult to find. The hotel entrance is not visible on the main street. No hotel signs on the road. Limited parking area. Booked 3 executive rooms on this hotel. First 2 rooms has 2 adults each but the last 1 has 2 + 1 extra adult that I paid for but no extra bed was provided... More

We booked based on family recommendation who said it was the ONLY DECENT place in the area. On arrival we were greeted by miserable reception staff. Building presentation and 5th floor newly renovated rooms up to basic western standard although quiet small. Bell staff and guard were quiet friendly. Breakfast wasn't too bad but food was cold which is common... More

When we arrived at the hotel,,,.we were disillusioned by the well presented lobby and expected our room to be as well kept....the bellboy escorted us to our room and that's when our frustration began. The room was dark and old-fashioned, had no fridge nor vault/safe. The bathroom is old and needs some refurbishing...shower curtain is passe and the tiles could... More

When ever I have overnight work to do in the south, I always stay in this hotel. Their rooms are average. Soom rooms are aging but they also have some new rooms. They have complete amenities but comfort room is quite small. Breakfast is good, their daing na bangus is my favorite, they have extensive choices in the breakfast buffet.... More

There are not very many options in the area and that shows. The hotel is ok. It is clean but slightly overpriced. The staff was also ok, but not too interested in customer service. Don't think about having a beer in the bar... I went there but turned around at the door. There were maybe three or four people in... More

The hotel itself is clean, modern & the staff reasonably helpful. BUT (and its a BIG BUT!) the hotel bar which is next to the dining room plays music SO LOUD its hard to think in there. And right now I am on the third floor and the my room is throbbing to the heavy disco beats at midnight. It's... More

I was lurking online to find a best deal for an Enchanted Kingdom package and found El Cielito. During the time when we were there, the renovation was still on going so it was noisy and untidy outside. You see people cleaning mapping and sweeping most of the time. The lift wasn't working too due to renovation. I think this... More

We never considered staying at El Cielito because of its high published room rate. But since we're going to Enchanted Kingdom and go swimming the following day, reserving a hotel room is the best option. Luckily, we have relatives near the hotel who have checked their packages since none is available on their website (and nobody is answering the phone).... More
