Charming chambre d'hote set in the quintessentially French countryside of Charente - fields of sunflowers, picturesque villages, rivers and lakes nearby. Christine and Alec are the perfect hosts of their Chambre d'hotes. Set in rural and idyllic countryside just outside the town of Confolens in the beautiful Charente region. “Excellent stay”

This is the perfect Chambre d'Hote for a stay in the lovely rural countryside of Poitou-Charentes. We had a wonderful 4 day break in September. Everything - accommodation, meals and hospitality - was fantastic. Thoroughly recommend a visit. The family Forbes Aberdeen and Elgin Scotland
