We spent here two nights and were very happy with our choice. The town of Scopello is very nice and it's rather easy to access the sea on foot although it's on a hill. The room was spacious and very clean, it had a nice balcony overlooking the sea and free wi-fi. The hotel has a very nice pool with... More

When we were leaving our previous stop of Porto Palo, it was with heavy hearts, but as we drew near the mountainous town of Scopello, all negativity was dismissed as it's such an amazing little town. The hotel has plenty of parking opposite. Which once you checked in you're given an access key for, so you can come and go... More

I think this hotel is really nice, couldn't tell any negative about it. The rooms are nice, absolutly clean, we booked a standard room but received a well sized room with balcony overlooking the pool and the see. Pool is beautiful, you should just push the button to start the bubbles any time you will. But I have to admit... More

Spotless clean. Nice outdoor breakfast. Sound-proof windows proved useful when a few noisy Yankees hit the swimming pool. Location is isolated, within the tiny village of Scopello: great to spend a couple of nights there, but obviously a car is essential, wherever else you may want to go.

Scopello has been an exceptionally lovely place for donkeys' years. I first visited twenty years ago. It lies bang in the centre of the most scenic corner of Sicily and, if you know Sicily like I do ( 200 visits and counting since 1966) that is saying something. Now, that you can stay at the Baglio dello Zingaro you have... More

Rather large place in small Scopello, but it delivers modern rooms as described. No charm or frills, but no real downside if you are not looking for the extra things in a vacation or The Sicilian life style

Whilst initially a little difficult to find in the dark in a hire car, this hotel is just of the town square where in the evening everyone gathers to chat and drink. The locals mix in with the tourists and it is like one big family. The hotel is excellent and the rooms ideal, and even in October it was... More

Enjoyed a week at this hotel in Scopello. The manager and staff were all quite good. The dining staff was especially attentive and always ready to provide whatever you needed. The pool area is new and nicely done. This is a good location for exploring the western side of Sicily. There is an excellent "deli" a few minutes from the... More

The hotel is in the beautiful village of Scopello. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are charming , very clean and very modern bathroom. The breakfast has lots of choices and plentiful. The new swimming pool is lovely and not too deep and the gardens are well designed and planted with exotic flowers and plants. We would... More

Admittedly this hotel is lacking in character but met all of our needs and was within walking distance of everything in Scopello. Take your own beach towel as it is $5 to hire one here. The breakfast was nice, nothing mind blowing - mainly croissants, spreads, bread rolls, ham, tomatoes, juices etc. The coffee was really nice though. The girls... More
