My wife and I had need of somewhere to stay while our apartment was being renovated so we booked 3 nights in Room 1 of Pier 36. This is probably the nicest of the small number of rooms the "Pier", as it is known, offers and costs £99 per night for a double bed and breakfast. There are cheaper rooms... More

lovely location overlooking the harbour. Helpful staff in every way. Meals were good "pub grub" Worth a stay for sure. Room was big and bathroom was big too. King size bed was unexpected bonus too. A nice walk after breakfast along the promenade is not to missed for it's sea air.

Pier 36 was in a lovely small town. The bar and restaurant was good, busy and friendly, food good, lovely view of the bay. Staff friendly and polite, well presented. I 'd stay here again. Bedroom was lovely, well furnished and presented. Although there was a slight odour to the carpet in bedroom and to the toilet.

Having booked last minute we were very pleased to find this seaside B and B with views over the bay to die for. Although booking in was a bit "public" in the bar area which was packed the room itself on the top floor was tastefully decorated in a nautical theme. Very comfy pillows, clean ensuite with toiletries and fluffy... More

You can not fault the staff in this guesthouse and the food is lovely. However we paid £150 for a superior room and this is what we got!!! Pictures are posted. Bath panel hanging off floor tiles all cracked wood coming off units, unit under tv severely discoloured, wires hanging out behind the tv. The carpet could've walked out of... More

If you want to experience real Northern Ireland hospitality, head for this pretty town and experience Pier 36 - we had lovely rooms with great views of the sea, we opted for the best and tastiest lobster - only complaint - portions are way too big. Staff are natural. friendly and helpful. A well run family business, with strong evidence... More
