Upon arrival the place looked nice and the staff friendly. We stayed there almost a week and had a itinerary with a lot of activities. We did do a couple, but some of them we just skipped without being noticed. The guide couldnt tell us a lot and sometimes felt like making fun off by him and other staff. When... More

This eco lodge was just a slice of my Amazon experience, but it most definitely added good memories to my Ecuador trip in January 2013. If you are looking for a cozy, comfortable hotel style place to stay, this may not be the best choice for you. It is in the jungle, so your surroundings will add to your lodging... More

After doing a lot of research and looking at different lodges in the Ecuadorean rainforest, we chose Suchipakari Lodge as the venue for our wedding in January 2014. We looked at photos on trip advisor and their website and we felt the lodge would be an ideal venue for our intimate family wedding specially because of the Cabaña Mirador. Even... More

My daughter and I bought the Discovery package which was very good value. We were picked up in Quito and driven to the Lodge by mini-bus. We spent four nights there and had a great time. I didn't want to leave. This is an eco lodge, not luxury accommodation but the food was good and the staff friendly. It probably... More

After doing a lot of research Suchipakari was the best option in terms of location and activities offered. We were glad to have chosen it because the accommodation, food and staff were very good. The accommodation although not five star was comfortable enough for an amazon experience; the food was great and so was the service; the staff and specially... More

This place is just great. 30 mins away from misahualli, when you arrive there's a walk you have to do to get to the place, passing a massive pond with animals and a bridge to then find suchipakari up a mound which makes the lodge proof for flooding. As you get there the's a pool, a distinction from other places... More

The place itself looks pretty ok on arrival and I think other than the manager we may have stayed and made the best of it, but beware and confirm all prices BEFORE you arrive. After is too late. Excursions prices are not listed. It was pretty clear he was making prices up as he talked to us. We were going... More

We were given a slice of Ecuador's Amazonia by a team of experienced and committed guides. We were challenged, entertained, and enlightened. Is this a resort? No. This a safe place at the edge of the jungle, where all your needs are met, while you experience a part of the world that is mostly hidden from civilization. Carlos, Steve, and... More

Suchipakari was an amazing trip, I have been two times once with friends and once with my mum. The view from the bar is beautiful as is the setting. It is very good value for money as all activities and food are included and you get soooo much food.
