The park-like gardens are large and glorious for sitting outside. A great base to set out for touring the region or if you want to cycle Mount Ventoux. The owners are lovely people and very helpful with anything you asked of them. A great place for families, couples, friends. We stayed in a room that was off the street -... More

Lovely people, extensive park-like gardens for sitting outside, spacious rooms and a great breakfast: we had a fantastic stay in this little gem. Ideally suited for a stepping off point for outdoor activities or just touring the region. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Louis and Florence were perfect hosts of this delightful hotel making our stay most enjoyable. Located a short distance from the centre of the town with a great selection of restaurants and a lovely atmosphere. An ideal location for both cyclist and for general exploring of the region, this is a town and hotel I'm sure we will revisit in... More

Louis & Florence make this the perfect family hotel, it is staying in their home. We have not had a better experience in 45 years of travel. The setting is lovely, the buildings charming. The rooms overlooking the garden are best. Ideally situated for cycling, hiking or just enjoying this lovely, historic part of Provence. Malaucene is a delightful town... More

Sorry, a bit naff, but everything all the other reviewers have said is true, and I couldn't thing of anything else to say. To wind down after a hard days cycling, or just to wind down generally, this is the place to do it. Sit amongst the shade of the trees with a book in hand, enjoy a snooze after... More

This is the prettiest place to stay. The location is fantastic just steps from the main part of town, and for cyclists it sits at the start of the climb up Mont Ventoux from the Malaucène side. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are comfortable. Louis and Florence are great hosts, super friendly and very attentive. I would go... More

Louis and Florence are the most lovely people! We instantly felt "at home" and were taken wonderful care of. Our room was beautiful and they had special accommodations for all of our cycling equipment. We cannot wait to return!

Domaine des Tilleuls is a gem among hotels. It combines charm and originality, with comfort and exceptional customer service. The owners Louis and Florence could not be more friendly and helpful, going out of their way to provide everything we could want or need, and even calling up a local restaurant on our behalf to reserve us a table for... Set in lovely wooded grounds, with outdoor pool and sunny terrace, this property is a perfect base whether a mad cyclust or just on a touring holiday. The hotel offers many rooms all of which appear to be well sized with equally spacious ensuite bathrooms. There is a cosy lounge, whilst breakfast can be taken al fresco on sunny, warm... More

Ideally situated at the bottom of the road to access Mont Ventoux - a Mecca for cyclists - Domain de Tilleuls was just right. Proprietors Louis & Florence are gracious, delightful, very accessible. There is a big cave for bikes, the property is walled & gated, and charming. The pool is clean & beautiful. We slept soundly all 4 nights... More
