It has to be said that the hotel exterior requires major refurbishment, e.g. patio tiles missing or cracked, pool (appearing to) subsidence, bar-side furniture distressed etc. It must also be said that the overall cleanliness of the exterior to the hotel was poor, e.g. ashtrays not emptied for days, cigarette butts on the tiles for days, all of which pointed... Very well placed hotel for stopover when travelling back from the Vendee. Easy to find & access to motorway a doddle. Parking free & secure. Lovely to have a dip in the pool & enjoy it's pleasant surroundings after a long, hot journey. Staff friendly, courteous, efficient & 'on the ball'. Room spacious & clean with all the facilities needed.... More

Stayed at the Novotel at Amiens Est twice last week whilst on a there and back motorcycle trip to the Auvergne. The Novotel is a typical 1970's hotel - it is spotlessly clean but could do with a refurb - saying that, our overnight stays were comfortable enough and all the staff were excellent, friendly and professional. The Novotel is... More

Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient; check-in and check-out were a breeze, and we were greeted each morning at the reception. Room was clean and decent-sized. Bed was comfortable but pillows were terrible. Otherwise, everything was in good working condition. The in-room wifi was free and worked very well. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. The bath itself can... More

Came across this hotel by chance after being directed to Amiens from Villers Bretonneux. The hotel is located 10 - 15 mins out of Amiens in a rather industrial area. From the outside, it didn't appear to be very maintained though on entry to the reception, this view changed. A standard room was booked for 2 nights initially before being... More

Hotel good but let down by slow or non existent service in dining room especially poor at breakfast. Menu for dinner unexciting and very poor choice. Rooms spacious and quiet but beds hard giving poor quality sleep.

We stayed here for two nights in January in a double room whilst following The Western Front Trail. The room was clean, tidy and quiet. Breakfast was included and was very good. We had no problems here at all and would stay here again.
