Great stopping place in the centre of the lovely village of San Donato. Maria and her colleague were so helpful too. Room lovely - large, with a classy view protected by a mosquito net (great stuff!) over the secluded garden and then the Tuscan countryside. Breakfast fresh, wide-ranging and gorgeous.

This B and B run by Maria is unbelievable. The medieval village is small and authentic. The rooms are large and the decor both old world and modern. Breakfast was home made by Maria. Maria was extremely helpful with planning our days. The restaurant next door should not be missed it too was a family run business. Can speak high... More

We wanted to visit the Chianti Region of Tuscany and have a pied-a-terre that was central. Did we luck out with this choice!! We spent five days in this little medieval town of San Donato.
