In my travel experiences so far, I have come to realize that the hosts at one's B&B/hotel are the most significant impressions you have of a country or city. In this regard, Roberto, Laura & Beatricci cannot be found wanting. We had such a lovely experience talking to them and learning about Tuscany that we are now left with very... More

This is truly a very special B&B and what makes it so memorable are the family who own and run it. Laura,Roberto and Beatrice welcome you into their home as family with genuine warmth and caring. Nothing is too much to ask of them and each of them go out of their way to help. We have been staying here... More

Better than home, hosts are great, will return. Very nice garden with super view. Tasty breakfast with Tuscan specialties, all you can ask for. Close to most Tuscany hiil towns. Hosts give great recommendations. The only complaint is have to pay by cash.

This is the nicest B&B we have ever experienced. Roberto, Laura and Breatrice are wonderful hosts. Laura's breakfasts were fantastic. Every day Roberto and Beatrice gave us great advice on where to visit and eat. The house is beautiful, comfortable and spotless. The views are wonderful and the location is great. It's central to all the Tuscan towns you would... More

Bob & Judy from Portland, Oregon USA We stayed five days at this luscious B&B and wished we could have spent more time in the drawing room and court yard!....although hiking the countryside was grand. The accommodations are what you look for in a bed & breakfast, grace and quiet and a feel of the 16th Century with all the... More

We just returned having spent 5 nights in Del Giglio. What can I say that hasn't already been said by the other reviews. Roberto, Laura and Beatrice are the most gracious and welcoming hosts and by the time we left they felt like our friends. The breakfasts in the garden were the best we had on our trip where we... My husband and I visited Del Giglio last year and vowed we would return - which we did this year (July 2014) with our friend. Laura and Beatrice looked after us so well, again - food (those breakfasts), hospitallity and directions for places to visit - just fantastic. They are such lovely people and would do anything for you. I... More

We spent three nights at this amazing place and have absolutely nothing to complain about. It's like visiting friends with its friendly atmosphere. Breakfast with local specialities, an amazing view, gorgeous rooms, wine cellar and the best of all our hosts Beatrice and Laura (Roberto was on a business trip so we didn't get to meet him). We can highly... More
