We have spent a week in July and August 2014 Our experience has been very positive. The place is fantastic, large green meadows to stroll and relax. The building has great character details that transport you to another time. The staff, both reception and service, as a restaurant has always been correct and very nice, with some details that make... More

I was here during the first week of august. The hotel is very nice and close to Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi. The position is definitively strategic if you want to visit all the historical treasures the area has to offer. I chose this place since I wanted to play tennis; They have a great pro ( Michele Fioroni) working here,... More

Thoroughly enjoyed a 5 day visit. Hotel lovely, peaceful, relaxing with beautiful grounds, friendly staff, lovely pool area. Excellent location to visit surrounding areas, Assisi, Todi, Perugia, Montefalco. Looking forward to a return visit next year.

We stayed here on our way to our holiday address in Umbria. For the children it was wonderful: they could play football, badminton and tennis. And they could enjoy the swimming pool. For people without children it is perhaps not the best place to stay in the high season, if you seek a quiet place. We had rooms 101 (spacious... More

I stayed here for a long weekend, got a taxi from Perugia airport which cost 30EUR (40 EUR on the way back if you order it at the hotel). I stayed in room 101 on the first floor and it was lovely. I was concerned that it might be noisy as it was right next to the stairs but there... More

Since we enjoyed our last stay at Relais San Clemente (2 years ago) very much, we decided to begin this year's Italy trip at this lovely place again. And we haven't been disappointed: Everything was as lovely and perfect as we remembered it. The staff (most of them had already been there 2 years ago) was extremely friendly and helpful,... More

This unique monstary was a wonderful surprise. Service was great , rooms overlooking the gardens beautiful. Everything you can wish for for a complete rest or for a few nights to see the Jazz Festival as we did. Swimming pool, tennis court, and much more. Train to Perugia at the doorstep. Highly recommend.

The hotel sits in a beautiful surrounding, with lots of green spaces. The reception area and the entrance are very well maintained and at the level expected of a 4 star hotel. The room in which we stayed was okay, the furniture would have benefited from an update, but the room was very clean and with a comfortable bed. The... More

Where to begin? Positioned close to Perugia but as others have said great access to all the surrounding hilltop towns. The rooms are just like the hotel pictures. The grounds are lovely for walking, sitting or playing a range of sports. Great for families, however we were a couple and seeing children about was not a problem. I loved the... More

Arrived the same day the italian football team left. An unforgetable experience and not surprised why they choosed this location. Very quit, beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms and, above all, very nice and helpful staff. Great location for one day visits of cities like perugia, Assisi, spoleto, gubbio, todi and orvieto, but also Cortona and montepulciano, Pienza.
