he Sanguineto has some very good features about it but at the same time there are some things that give are on the negative side. Let’s deal with the positive first: The location is ideal as it is 15 minutes from Montepulicano - ideal for exploring this fabulous hill town . It is also only half an hour from Pienza... More

This place was amazing! We found this place by accident, and so glad we did. Only stayed 2 nights, but could have stayed a week or more, easily. It's about 4KM from the town of Montepulicano, so it's a pretty easy drive. The grounds are amazing! It's right in the midst of olive groves and vineyards, with a beautiful pool... More

Our party of 4 stayed in a second floor apartment with 2 bedrooms. Smallish place with a tiny living and dining area. Rooms were of good size. A little tricky to find at night (no street lights leading in) but in the day time, no issues. Lovely views and surrounds (olive trees and vineyards). The lady that made breakfast for... More

My husband and I spent 2 nights of our 2 week Italy trip at the Agriturismo Sanguineto and it was our favorite part of the whole trip. The Tuscan countryside is incredibly serene and satisfying to all of the senses. The views of rolling hills and hilltop towns, the food and the people make the whole experience unforgettable. This agriturismo... More

We stayed here for the last 3 nights of a 6 week trip through the USA and France/Italy. It was the best value in the best location! It does not have luxury interiors but the views and setting are just amazing in a beautiful part of Tuscany. It is only a very short drive into Montepulciano, one of my favourite... More

We stayed here for one night as we were car tripping through Italy. We booked the 2 bedroom, 2 bath +2 for the six of us and we were very comfortable. Our host greeted us warmly and made our dinner reservation for us in the nearby town of Montepulciano. The beds were comfy and the hot water was strong for... More

We stayed at Agriturismo Sanguineto only for 1 night during our trip through Italy by car in mid June. We should have stayed there for several days at least! It is one of the best place we stayed during our trip through Italy! It is amazing! It looks like country side house in the movie of 80-th «Il bisbetico domato»... More

We arrived at the hotel a lot later than anticipated (11:30pm) as we got carried away with sight-seeing - and the welcome we received was incredibly friendly, as was the service we received throughout our stay! The hotel is fantastically located with a superb view over the surrounding countryside and it has an excellent swimming pool. Our only regret was... More

We stayed in Sanguineto on May 2010 with our daughter (2,5 years old that time). That was great ! + Clean and nicely furnished rooms (and bathroom). Kitchen well equipped. + Great views from the swimming pool and the garden (on the valley and Montepulciano), vineyards and olive trees assure you that you are in Tuscany. + Quiet (!) place....
