Returned 6days ago after spending a girlie week all inclusive. We were looking for a chilled week with alcohol on tap. We were not disappointed. For the price we paid the food and drink was amazing really fresh food with a good variety. Staff were all friendly and helpful. A trip into Adeje on the bus is 2 euros and... More

Arrived 6th of Jan and stayed a week. We had an apartment for my son and his partner and we had a studio apartment, both quite spacious and equipped with the basics. Both apartments were in good repair, clean and perfect for our weeks holiday. Once again we stayed all inclusive using the place as a base to visit my... More

Take a taxi 20-25 euros. Rooms cleaned every day. Hot water and shower on tap. Food excellent, though a change at the chinese was welcomed. NOT for young couples. AI from 10.30-10.30, though to be honest it was not a problem going to bed then!!! - entertainment team tried hard to keep people occupied during the day, though the times... More

I visited the hotel on the 13th January with my partner and our two friends. We are all aged 21-22. We thought it would be good to go a relaxing holiday and enjoy the drink and food for a good all inclusive deal in the sun. Good Points:- -We were surprised by the large room. It had two seperate bedrooms... More

Got his place quite cheaply so can have no complaints. We were on an all-inclusive package. Room: No hot water for 3 days after multiple attempts to get it fixed to no avail. Apart from that room was adequate. Food: Good, lots of choice. Bar: Usual selection of all-in drinks. 1 bar person who got very busy and was restricted... More

We had a fab time, just like the first time we visited. We had to pay for the wifi this time, which I was surprised at, but the manager explained that they had a different service provider and everyone had to pay. The difference is that the wifi now covers all the site, whereas the free one previously was only... More

Horrible check in procedure, where the staff messed up my booking 2 times and then made me pay for internet to clear up the mess. Horrible "movie quiz" / discotek untill midnught kept me awake when I had an early flight to catch. Beds to small, pillows to small and I saw COUCHROACHES just outside the rooms, The rooms were...
