Feel France, taste France and revel in great architecture and art in a fabulous 16th century farmhouse that once raised silkworms for the Lyon silk trade. The home is furnished with provincial and stunning modern and late mid-century furnishings. first, the owners, Marithé and Claude. nice, pleasant and warm people, who made us feel comfortable from the first moment. (they speak only french, but they are so welcoming and communicative that i am sure it is not a big deal for people who do not speak french). secondly, the place is one of a kind. it is an old... Great getaway spot run by two real pros whose mission seems to be to have as good a time with their guests as their guests have staying with them. They succeed. Their gorgeous place is perfectly set up to put everyone at ease. Bravo, Claude et Marithe!
