This very old sugar refinery (if I understood correctly) is among the loveliest places I've been. Everywhere you find small touches of beauty, indoors and out. The rooms are clean and cool, decorated simply with white plaster, dark wood, and tile floors. Outdoors, by contrast, is warm and covered with colorful flowers. The pool is lovely, though not large, and... More

The main feature of this hotel are the beautiful, historical grounds from a sugar mill (including a chapel, fountains and carriages). It was lovely to spend a few days close to Mexico DF (about an hour) and Cuernavaca (about 20 minutes), yet in such a peaceful surrounding. There are a swimming pool and an outdoor playground. The "kid's club" was... More

Weather couldn't have been better to explore and enjoy the extensive and splendid grounds of this beautiful and relaxing Hacienda turned Resort, while enjoying top of the line service. Loved their food and restaurant setting. Definitely on my "to go back list".

Definitely, you don't want to go alone. I wen to a wedding (it is the kind of event you find every, every weekend) my sister cancelled in the last minute so, I went with my solitude. You can see families, couples, friends. Crowded during weekends. The service is unsurpassable, really. The rooms are beautiful (may be a lack of maintenance... More

A beautiful and sprawling estate near the Cuernavaca airport. The grounds are fantastic, with many nooks and crannies to explore. You can peer up an old smokestack and check out the bats nested there. The pool is stunning, with aqueduct-like columns and a giant palapa. The restaurant is nestled amongst this backdrop. The service is very good. The food is... More

I loved my stay at Fiesta Americana Hacienda, the rooms are very nice and clean, the pool is nice. The site and the gardens are beyond beautiful! Walking around is so calming. I had breakfast at the restaurant, food was typical and so good.

This is a very beautiful and huge old hotel-hacienda. Great if you have a weekend wedding (even has it's own Chappell), or planning a business workshop, or just want to stay in the spa, and retreat yourself from everything; and I mean literally everything because it's nowhere near anything to go out, and driving is far from everything else. At... More

I can't usually be bothered writing reviews but after reading so many negative reviews I was wondering if it was going to be a mistake coming here! I'm happy to say that it's been a beautiful experience. I came mid week so no noisy weddings and my room must be a remodelled room as its lovely. Not many guests around... More

This old hacienda, or to be more precise this old sugar mill (ingenio azucarero ) is really looking great and for that reason is a favorite place among locals for weddings . The old buildings have been cleverly transformed , the gardens are gorgeous and well trimmed , it was wet season so everything was green with a touch of... More

This is a beautiful Hacienda with great service. However it is about 40 minute drive from Cuernavaca (not a very nice drive) so plan to stay in the hotel all the time during your stay. It is probably one of the nicest Haciendas near Cuernavaca, with beautiful pools, amazing gardens and amazing food.
