Hotel was cheap compared to other hotels for its price. No TV in room, AC available though Too noisy atmosphere during the night and early morning; no peaceful sleep. Stayed there for 5 nights, management cleaned room and replaced towels only on Day 2! Breakfast consisted of 2 fried eggs and toasts, butter, jam only as eatables, eggs were very... More

My wife and I recently visited the Seychelles and needed to spend our arrival night in Victoria, Mahe as we were catching the ferry the next day. I found the Sunrise Hotel on the internet as it is the only hotel listed in Victoria. I had a booking for Euro 88 B/B. When we arrived the Manager demanded Euro 97... More

Hotel is on the road from the airport (taxi ride $ 30), 20 min walk to the city (taxi ride $ 7-10). Rooms are simple (AC, bathroom) and start around 60 € incl. small breakfast, and thats the cheapest hotel in crazy expensive Mahe. They owner is helpful (I booked a snorkling tour what became more difficult than expected since... More

The room is clean and convenient. It is not a luxuous one but not also that horrible as said here...the owners are kind and do their best to satisfy you. There is no TV in the room but you can ask one. However the breakfast is not one of the best I've had..Another point is you're quite far from the beach.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel for a night after we spent a wonderful vacation on the La Digue. The only reason was that we had an early flight the next morning. I read some of the reviews written from the other travelers and I can say they have given pretty good picture of how this place really... More

We are staying for one night here ,before we come home, because our plane take off so early. The room wasn't dirty, it was avarege. It han't got a charm and you can't say how beautiful, but if you just to use as a stopover it is good for that! But if you want to stay more days, I don't... More

This place is dirty, it's hot and noisy in the rooms, your whole body will itch after sleeping in those beds - it doesn't even have a decent reception and it has nothing to do with the pictures they show you in the internet!! For 88€ the night I wouldn't recomend it to anyone - this place is not worth... More

Most travellers to the Seychelles won't need to stay in Victoria. But if you do this may be the place to stay. At EUR 55, it is IMO the cheapest option in the city. The rooms look like worn American motel rooms, the bathrooms dingy and the shower may not work during odd parts of the day. The A/C worked... More
