We spent several days at this hotel while attending a family reunion. First, it is in the woods and overlooks the sea. If you are thinking it is downtown, try again. The breakfasts are outstanding. The room was clean albeit somewhat spartan. No air conditioning but opened windows kept us cool. Nice lobby area...easy to hang out. Easy to use... More

I stayed here with some colleagues for two days. Simple but good rooms, small but had what was needed. With an EXCELLENT view over the sea. All servings in both restaurant and during day was beautiful and delicious. Perhaps could have been more advanced.

We stayed here for two nights as part of a cycling holiday around North Zealand. We had a pleasant room, sparsely furnished with no TV or radio, and very little space for storage, and a very small shower room (door didn't open past the toilet). However it was reasonably large, quiet, clean and very light, and we had a sea... More

We stayed here 2 nights as part of a cycling tour. Room very comfortable with nice bed and sea view (just). No television or radio, but we managed without them! It does have a tv in the lounge and free wifi Food was very good in the restaurant for dinner, but breakfast was a bit sparse. No bar as such;... More

This is an old hotel with a newer side building. Our company had one room in the main house, and one in the side building. The room in the side building was large, well decorated, well furnished and had a private patio. The room in the main building was also rather large, but simply furnished, nice (but not private) balcony... More

We stayed here for a single night and it was great. The room was new and quite big. There was a small terrace attached to the room and an outside sitting arrangement. Hästens bed, big showerhead with plenty of water and light colors on walls, furniture and bedspreads. Very clean and very nice staff. The only slight disappointment was the... More

Stayed several times at the hotel – private as well as business – and the overall experience is always very good. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff is friendly and most of the rooms (in the main old building) have a sea view and some a small balcony. The food is basic incl the wine list and don’t expect to... I have recently visited this nice place. It is very close to the sea and the nature around the local area is very nice. The SPA section is fine and clean - nice place to relax and reload. Food is not so great and I experienced to arrive (30 minutes before closing) at the breakfast buffet and there where no... More

Stayed at the hotel for one night as part of a work-related offsite. The place has a great atmosphere faithful to the classic beach hotel feeling. The food was great. The view from the hotel over the sea, Kattegat, is beautiful. We never used the wellness facilities besides going for a swim in the sea early morning, but the placed... More

Booked a wellness package at the hotel for a weekend's stay. Upon my arrival, the lack of customer service is apparent as I am handed my key with no information as to the direction of my room, where to go for my massage, where dinner/breakfast is to be had or the hotel's amenities. Not the welcome one expects for an... More
