Been staying here for a few days over the pass months, my main complaint is why do they advertise free Wifi when the server is so bad you can't get a connections even in the main bar area , plus bedrooms TVs is a nightmare to find any channels , on the plus side a great buffet breakfast and evening... Stayed at the hotel for a family wedding! Great location, lovely wedding day, couldn't check in early due to hotel being full the night before but that was fine. Rooms cheaper on booking.com than with hotel itself. Lovely dinner, nice outside area, conference and bar staff were great couldn't fault them! As for reception staff! Not very friendly at all!... What a lovely hotel this is. We stayed here with a group of friends as a base for our visits to several gardens in the area. We had a lovely comfortable room and good food each evening. The staff were all very pleasant, making for a lovely two night stay.

Bought a package from last minute.com which was advertised as a romantic spa break away for couples, it included the room for a night, a 3-course meal each in the restaurant, breakfast and use of the 'spa' facilities, for a measly sum of £110. I feel in this case it was entirely you 'get what you pay for', all bar... More

Stayed two nights in connection with a wedding at Leeds Castle, which is close by. Everything was perfectly ok, apart from the wifi connection, which was very intermittent. Room comfortable and clean, bathroom too. Very good breakfast buffet with a big selection. Pleasant surroundings. Staff polite, if not overly friendly.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend we were checked in by a very helpful lady and shown to our small but well appointed room we had dinner included in our package so booked a table in the brasserie for later that evening, the brasserie was one one of the worst experiences I ever had, and as a... Me and my other half spent a night here for my birthday, outside looks run down and old but the reception area looked lovely and up to date. Unfortantly we got a shock when we went into our room that needs updating it was very brown looking and really small and dirty, just really run down and old and the... More

Dear Kimberley Thank you for your comments. We continually maintain and refurbish the property and have a number of different room types and styles available. I am sorry the room allocated did not meet your expectations. It is unusual for us to have negative comments about cleanliness and I will ensure this room is brought up to standard. Meanwhile, I... Business overnight stay with a colleague. We had dinner in the restaurant which was all ok. The room was small and a bit dated but I literally dropped my bags, ate, slept and left so really no great judgement can be made. It was a long way to the reception area from the room! I used the gym quickly in... More

Dear dog377 Thank you for your review, I am delighted you enjoyed your meal, the Feel Good Health Club and would stay again. We have a trim tail within the 26 acre grounds and there are several lovely cycle routes and runs through Hollingbourne and on to the nearby Pilgrims Way. I will ensure that route maps are available at... More

Very nice hotel.they accept dogs for an extra fee of 10£. Only 2 minutes distance by car from leeds castle. The spa is amazing. Pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The staff always smiling. Definetly price worth it and we will return for a relaxing day
