5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

I spent a week here at the end of July 2015 with my partner and his family. With only ever hearing good things of this place I was very much looking forward to experiencing Potters for myself and I was not disappointed! The bungalows were very modern and spacious, comfy big bed, dressing table, 2 chairs, a fridge, telly, wardrobe... More

Everything excellent except for the quality of food which lets the resort down. If they only made the menu better quality rather than quantity this could easily be a 5 star resort. It is not a cheap holiday, accommodation, facilities have been upgraded, entertainment good for children and adults but they need to concentrate on upgrading the food. At present... More

Not 5 stars, but enjoyable just the same I was prepared to be disappointed with my first visit to Potter’s after checking in to the resort’s hotel (not the more rustic bungalows). The UK’s supposedly only 5-star seaside leisure resort immediately lost its star quality when I discovered this premium room had no telephone, no safe, no climate control, no... More

Potters Resort is amazing. There are so many different activities included within the price you pay. The food is lovely. The staff are great and the shows are west end level. So it's fabulous !!!! We paid for the arrival and leaving lunches as this enables you to extend your stay and continue to enjoy the available activities.

This was our first experience of Potters Resort and we absolutely loved it. Our group was parents, grandparents and children but the children ranged from 9yrs to mid-20s and I speak for us all when I say that the variety of activities, sports, entertainment, selection of food really covered everyone with all tastes. You could do as much or as... More

Potters is brilliant for food, entertainment and activities for all the family and it's great once you've paid to go there all the activities are free, you get to try things you've not done before. Grt

We as a family have been going to Potters for over 60years and the improvements they have/are making are fantastic. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. We had a mid week break but could have done with longer as so much to do for all ages. The one thing that we think is missing is a lift for... More

Fabulous staff from reception to the restaurant. Lovely facilities - activities etc to keep all ages happy. The entertainment was great - a very talented group of people. A lovely happy and fun atmosphere.

Our first time here and we had just the best time, the entertainment, food, accommodation, staff...everything we found to the highest standard. We loved the little things like soft close toilet seats and blackout curtains, things which just made it that bit more comfortable.

This is our second visit to Potters and was just as much fun as last year. We have a range of ages with us (grandparents down to a 3 year old) and I felt that this year there was more activities for the older ones too. My only comment would be that for my EXTREMELY active 3 year old activities... More
