We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel has been lovingly restored and is bright and light-filled. The immaculate, spacious bedroom offered stunning water views and included the little extra touches that makes a stay memorable. Located in a village atmosphere it was perfect for walking to a number of fine eateries, Salamanca markets, the waterfront and centre city. more

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at this property. The room was well appointed with quality furnishings and fittings and was very clean and comfortable. Staying in the middle of winter, the heated towel rails in the bathroom were a real winner, as was the central heating making the room warn and cosy. Gorgeous furniture, beautiful finishings (think plush curtains, beautiful bedding), wonderfully heated for those of us from a warmer climate, stunning bathroom, then add in a beautiful view, touches like beautiful soaps, plunger coffee, a perfect setting for two by the window and lovely hosts (although they were minding the place for the real owners!) it was just amazing.
