Booked this resort because it seemed to be good value. Three pools, tennis court, spa. But after arriving it just doesn't cut it, told there is no free wifi because the provider had a problem with the resort and it is an overlap till their new provider comes on board, OK I can deal with that because I can pair... This was the second time I stayed at this resort and I love the beautiful ponds & landscaping. Last year I stayed in a 1 bedroom unit by myself and this time with my husband & kids in a 2 bedroom town-house style unit. The town-house was lovely and spacious and it is very nice to sit on the deck... More

We keep going back to Ivory Palms as we love the 3 gorgeous pools, the ponds & landscaped gardens. & the units are comfortable. We had a unit overlooking a pond & the footbridge near a pool, & it was lovely to eat breakfast on our verandah & see the fish. The bed was comfortable & the location is great... More

We just got back from an awesome week at Ivory Palm's resort. This is a great place for families to stay. My 2 year old son particularly loved seeing the ducks and the "big eel" right outside our apartment every morning. We made good use of the heated pool and the kids play area. The staff were very helpful, in... More

I booked the hotel through Booking.Com as a secret deal for me and my boyfriend as a romantic getaway. The location is amazing as it is on the centre between all major attractions. We had a deluxe one bedroom apartment with a jacuzzi, if your looking for a short romantic getaway this is the place to come. My only problem... More

I should have written this review 6 months ago.... I stayed at Ivory Palms in Jan14 and it was great, Three pools two tennis courts, had much difficulty getting the kids out of either of them. The facillities are well maintained and the staff are helpful and polite. We stayed in a two bedroom villa, which was clean and had... More

Our family stayed at Ivory Palms Resort for a week and it was awesome. It was great that the kids could ride their bikes around, swim in the pools and hot spa. There was a playground also. The staff were great and the serenity!! We will be back, it was one of the best holidays that we have had in... More

We stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. We have stayed several times previously. We were given a room as requested overlooking the main pool. There are three separate large pools and a plunge pool also; one with a spa pool. One pool is heated. We love this place. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a... More

We booked a four day stay at the Ivory Palms Resort for rest and relaxation, we had booked a one bedroom self contained unit. Unfortunately my thoughts of what should be in a self contained unit is different to Ivory Palms management. I thought we would have had a oven to do our cooking but only a hotplate and microwave... Like a home away from home. Beautiful furnishings and top quality amenities. Would be nicer if the curtains were heavier as they dont block any sunshine first thing in the morning. Yes I know its Queensland but when on holiday you look forward to sleep ins. Buffet on offer was overpriced.
