From the very first sight, Grecotel Amirandes will impress you as nothing you have experienced before in Greece. Outstanding architecture inspired by the sea with numerous lagoons and waterfronts are typical for Grecotel luxury resorts. We have experienced two types of hotel rooms, as for the last day we were given an extra room for free to stay in till... more

My husband and I spent 3 nights at the Amirandes on the last leg of our honeymoon...and it was nothing short of AMAZING! So much so, in fact, that we never left the resort! The staff was incredible, serving us like we were celebrities. The hotel itself is quite a phenomenon, architecturally stunning. Our room was very comfortable, the beach... more

The hotel architecture is stunning with good facilities . Our superior room was very comfortable and clean and so was the hotel but that's where it ends. The drinks and food were expensive, 13.90 euros (£13) for a burger and fries at the pool side bar, coffee 3.70 euros and 3.95 (£3.60) for a small bottle of coke. Having paid... more

We went there looking for 10 days of good weather somewhere in Europe - 2 kids under 2 so didn't want a really long flight from LHR - max 4 hrs is about all we really wanted to manage. We had a suite with a pool. WHAT WAS GREAT: 1) The room was very clean and modern - we slept... more

OK - those who read this review, drop me a mail if you disagree! Good points - really nice and stunning architecture - great pool, real 50m long, and never overcrowded - 5 restaurants with high quality food options - albeit overpriced ... - people who work there are really service friendly, albiet the reception guys are bit below Par.... more

My wife and I where really looking forward to spending a week here on our honeymoon. After booking through First Choice Premier and paying almost £3k, we thought we were going to be enjoying a very special experience. On arrival at the hotel, the imposing contemporary architecture is very beautiful and impressive, and the staff at reception welcoming and helpful.... more

Very beautiful building. Lovely, spacious, carefully appointed room with luxurious features. The most attentive and friendly staff ever. From the hotel manager, all the receptionists, the metre at the restaurants to the cleaning ladies. Very tasty food and an amazing selection for breakfast. The only negative -if there must be one- is that indeed the food and drinks are not... more

Grecotel Amriandes is the newest hotel of the Grecotel chain. I can really suggest this hotel, its one of the most beautiful I have ever been to. As it comes to the whole area, the restaurant, the pools, the rooms and also the beach everything is perfect there. We had a bungalow with sea view offering flat TV, very good... more

I just returned from my wedding/honeymoon at Grecotel Amirandes. It was amazing! Over 45 of my wedding guests stayed at the hotel, and they only had wonderful things to say about the hotel. The architecture is breathtaking. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. The service is great no matter where you... more

Just returned from 7-night stay in Amirandes. Our choice of the hotel was based on Trip Advisor reviews. I must admit that the personnel is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is new, clean and tidy, loved the room too. But sorry, I have to add some lemon into 5* reviews. The hotel is ridiculously overpriced. First the rates. We... more
