The best thing about this hotel is the variety and taste of desserts they serve. Absolutely delicious. The food is overall good too. The hotel is family friendly, no problems with using a stroller inside and outside. It has a great view, friendly staff. The two disadvantages are the location (if you don't mind staying in the hotel area, fine.)... More

My husband and I spent a fabulous week here with friends from England. We were pleasantly surprised to find the resort exceeded our expectations. Lovely spacious room - and upgraded to a full seaview! Fabulous staff who were extremely helpful. Lovely location on a beautiful beach, and just a short bus trip to nearby Rethminon. The grounds were immaculate -... More

Having spent our holiday at this hotel last year with our son which we all enjoyed very much, we re-booked straight away for this year and payed for our son to have his own room as his 18th birthday present. When we arrived we were given our rooms which were on the same floor but couldn't be any further away... More

This was our 2nd visit to this fantastic hotel. Our previous visit was September 2012 but we decided to go earlier in the year this time. Everything was every bit as good as the last time and better because on our previous visit the air conditioning was not working and as the temperatures were over 30 degrees you really need... More

I stayed at the Creta Star in August with my daughter and granddaughter. The room was a little tired but comfortable. The food was plentiful and good. The animation team worked hard to keep us active and entertained. Good kids' club and mini disco. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The gardens were loveIy. I was a little apprehensive... We travelled as a family party of seven with ages ranging from 15 to 70. We stayed at the Creta Star from 2nd to 16th August. We avidly read Tripadvisor reports before we book and up until we arrive , and the reports for this hotel are justifiably and almost exclusively good. The hotel grounds are impeccably maintained and the... More

The hotel was fairly big with great facilities for all. The entertainment team were terrific in getting adults and kids involved all day and night with constant activities such as water polo, beach volley and so on. There were two pools - one inside and one out - with saltwater. We were all inclusive and the food was great each... More

Lovely hotel and the food was great. We wouldn't go back. There was about 10 british people here on our stay and the majority of the guests was rude. It seemed that the hotel staff seemed more comfortable mixing with people that wasn't british. I took my daughter to the kids club everyday and i didn't feel like we was... More

Just left the Creta Star Hotel after a lovely, relaxing fortnight. Rooms are pleasant, luxury in Greek terms I think. The airconditioning is not great, but our sea view family room had a huge terrace. Food is good and dining room service is well organised. If I had a complaint it is that there is a pplicy of long trousers... More
