This is a group of 7 villas- the feel is more like a condo as they are attached to each other- located mid-island in Megalochori. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and the quaint town is within walking distance or a short drive. I would much prefer this location to Oia (way too crowded and overpriced) or Fira (also... Santorini in the first place is beautiful and breathtaking everywhere you go! But at the thermes luxury villas we had a beautiful time.. All villas have infinity pools and you can see the most beautiful sunset + they deliver your breakfast every morning! Enjoy. The place is beautiful

This has to be the worst service ever....1h30 to get lunch, poor food quality, old and rusted fixtures in bathrooms and last but not least the manager does not speak English ....In conclusion, a VERY expensive place that does not deserve more than 2 stars ! A great view though ! Nothing to say about that !

Only 7 villas each has its own pool. Terrific view of the caldera. Very clean with a functioning AC. Kids took the upper floor (like their own headquarters). The location is good if you need to relax. It is 15 mins away from Fira. Service was excellent. Breakfast was ok.

We stayed here for a week in June 2014. What a spectacular spot, with the most amazing views. The villa was spotless and very well maintained, we were short of nothing. The sunsets are just fabulous here and we lazed every evening in comfort, watching the sun go down from our own private deck. Breakfast was delivered every morning just... More

Thermes villa has 5 separate villas and the views from each of the villas is amazing. Take a look at this youtube video to get an idea: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DKzTZI_kqOg. The downside is that the location of Thermes villa is far from the town and there is nothing to do around there. The food at the Villa is below average, and the... More

Thermes Villas are distinguished for their spectacular caldera vista and the extraordinary efforts of the personnel, above and beyond the call of duty, to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We needed Internet connection for business, and, when the router had some temporary problems, they gave us a USB dongle to connect, at their expense. The villas are spacious, with... More

What a beautiful surprise it was to stay at the Thermes! We arrived and were greeted with a welcome glass of champagne as we were escorted to our villa. Needless to say, it was spectacular. Old world Greek island charm mixed with the amenities necessary in today's world. Did I mention the private swimming pool we had overlooking the caldera?!?... More

We stayed for four fabulous nights at the Thermes and it was romantic and beautiful. Great staff, especially Yannis and Natashia. Loved our trip, and the hotel made everything easy, renting cars and going on boat tours so easy to book. Took a wine tasting tour and a boat trip around the island, ending at sunset. They picked us up... More
