Everything as it is described under is correct. It is very nice place, it looks even better in real, than on pictures. Location is ok, pretty close to the beach, and Cote d´Or is fantastic. Bus is also pretty close, so you can travel around the island. We were in 3 location on Seychelles, but this one was not the... More

I found this place on Booking.com and knew nothing much about it before arrival. The rates were quite reasonable for the Seychelles. The rooms upstairs have a shared balcony, but each room has a section with a couple of chairs and a drying rack for your swim gear. There is a nice view of the hills, though there is some... More

The Seychelles are expensive. Period. It is the richest country in Africa and compared to countries in the southern pacific, these islands are priced like cosmopolitan areas. Still, if you want to go and see these islands and are prepared for the price-shock, Villa Bananier is worht your consideration. It is close to a beautiful beach, with nice rooms and... More

Villa Bananier is quite nice option to stay on Praslin. Being cheap and comfortable this guesthouse offers clean and spacious rooms, typical seychelois breakfast (modest but healthy) and calm surroundings. The owners are polite, frendly and easy-going people. Helpful and plain. Yes, at first they forgot to meet me at the jetty, but then sorted everything out and did well.... More

We stayed for 3 nights here on Praslin. B&Bs are hard to find for Praslin, but this one turned out to be pretty good. Anne the owner is very friendly, and stays next door with her family. They helped us a lot with getting around and her nephew took us to Curieuse. The location is very good near Anse Volbert... More

Villa Bananier offers reasonable accomodation in Praslin, walking distance from amazing Anse Volbert and close to the main road with restaurants and supermarkets. The rooms are clean and towels/sheets are changed every 3rd day. The rooms are nice, perhaps a bit small. AC is included in the price. A nice breakfast with fresh fruit is served in the main dining... More

We spent 5 nights at Villa Bananier in October 2012. Anne and her family were very welcoming and extremely helpful in organising car rental, boat trips to other islands and ferry tickets. Rooms were lovely and very spacious, ours was in fact a triple and was huge. Our friends got the beautiful honeymoon room, which strangely had no own piece... More

First of all, staff are friendly and location is pretty good (on a side street 5 minutes walk from the beach and main tourist street). We stayed in a room on the second floor. The room and bathroom were clean and well kept. Some inconveniences included the mattress which was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor (not... More
