Plus: clean rooms, new apliances, new painting (old hotel, renovations made, but still visible old stuff), not on the beach (cannot see the sea, just trees, which is good), great pools (2 small pools for children, one completely separated from the bigger one, for adults)
Minus: small room, some of the rooms have tiles instead of carpet, loud music either...
