The rooms are beautiful, very well equipped and have a great bathroom. The hostess is very friendly and had a lot of good recommendations. The breakfast was excellent with a big choice. We love our stay there.

Great little bed and Breakfast in a great little village, wonderful area with enough historic and mythological sites to keep two explorers enchanted for our stay. Bruff has some colourful public houses that wetted our thirst after a long days hiking. I will stay there again.

Miriam welcomed us by showing us our room and recommending a spot for dinner (The Bakehouse Restaurant was wonderful and will get its own TripAdvisor review). We stayed in the four-poster room which was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. I also loved the luxurious bathtub with jets! Breakfast was delicious with several options - I had smoked... More

This review has brought a great big smile to my face... the last 2 weeks in paticular has been wonderful as "guests" who I regard as friends no, have been coming to stay and its great to open the door and catch up again on the carry on of the year, or see how big kids have gotten in 12... More

We stayed at the Old Bank B&B only one night last week at what was by far the best B&B of our entire trip across Ireland. Location was great, close to Limerick with an excellent pub just a few doors down. Also nice to experience a bit of Ireland somewhat removed from the tourist traps. The actual B&B was great,... If you want a more local flavor and less tour buses and gimmicks The Old Bank B&B provides this in a great town. We spent 3 nights and used this as a hub for branching out. The Inn is located directly next to a grocer that was open when we were on our way out. The beds were comfy and... More

Miriam was so accomodating and helpful. I have traveled to Ireland and have stayed in Adare Manor, B&Bs, self catering, hotels, the works! The Bank was hands down my favorite! The perfect combination of feeling you are surrounded by elegance and comforted by home. I think anyone who has spoken poorly about The Bank is not familiar with the concept... More

This was our favorite B&B of our trip. Everything was excellent! The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub. Miriam was so sweet. We had a good hearty breakfast. No bad things to say. We will definitely come back to visit.

It baffles me how the old bank thinks of it self as luxury accomadation. Rules are rigidly enforced and not at all logical. We were throw out of the dining area beacuse we were 4 mins early. We stayed thro a weekend, and needed a "wash and brush up" on sunday afternoon, only to find NO HOT WATER available untill... More
