Just returned from a fortnight here Aug 14-28 with two kids aged 11 and 8, fantastic hotel in an ideal location right on the beach in beautiful Alykanas bay. As others have said, it's a crying shame Thomson appear to be forcing this hotel to switch to all inclusive from next year, as it's so hard to find great quality... More

I can only review on this visit, and not what it's going to be like from next year.We have been to this hotel numerous times, and we LOVE IT. I have not even thought of looking at another hotel until now. The entertainment team this year weren't as good as the previous two years.... Two of them seemed pre occupied... More

Thanks to the amazing entertainment reps we had the best holiday ever. GI Joe, Vicky Mouse and turbo Tom are the best entertainers for kids and adults I've ever met. Superbly talented and made the holiday awesome fun. Wish they received more positive feedback as they are worldclass and deserve it. The hotel is quite basic but has brilliant facilities... More

Large site with minimarket, 5 pools, infant, sport, splash and swimming. 1 minute to sandy, slow shelving beach. Staff were helpful and the one small problem we had, was sorted promptly. Room size was generous and kitchenette well equipped, clean with friendly maids. Was ideal for our grandchildren aged 4 &6.

Gloria couldn't have been more helpful arranging for us to have a perfect top floor corner seaview/splash park balcony room. The view of Kefalonia was amazing. I wouldn't have liked a ground floor poolside room, they looked cramped & had no privacy. We went as a family with 2 kids (9&6), there was plenty to keep them occupied. There's a... More

We are family of 7, 4 adults and 3 children age 3, 4 and 10. This was a great holiday choice as it had something for all the ages, quiet or noisy pools, slides or the beach on your doorstep. The Thomson guys and girls were good with all children, daytime games by pool, volly ball, water polo, football, rounders... More

We stayed in a studio apt (Room 373) which had twin beds, a single bed and room for a cot space. If you book through Thomson make sure you book a cot not just the space.....reserving the space doesn't automatically mean a cot will be waiting in the room for when you arrive. That said the hotel staff were amazing... More

We made the error of thinking a five bed studio would accommodate five people. We were cramped with insufficient seating and inadequate cooking facilities. The fridge featured painted over rust, big damp patch on the wall, bathroom was held together by silicone sealant. Roasting hot and the owner did not turn on air con in reception area so staff and...
