We are just ending a 2 week holiday at House Tereza. We have been married for 48 years and during that period we have often taken more than 1 holiday each year. Sometimes we have stayed in luxury accommodation but nowhere can beat the peace, quiet and beauty of the location of Villa Tereza. The apartments have everything you need... More

House Tereza can be described in just a few words. Super, Faboules, Quiet, Super surrondings and hosts. (Tereza and Luko.) Faboules water and sunny. Quiet little village wit just a few shops and restaurants. ( We recommend Konoba Dandy and Konoba Kassar) Short distance to Dubrovnik if you want more tourists, but it is always so good to come "home... More

We had such a great 2 week stay at House Tereza! We stayed in apartment Cecilija which was on the ground floor (a 2 bedroom apartment) which was more than enough space considering we only need the 1 bedroom. This apartment did not have a private balcony however the view from the bedroom window was amazing and with a table... More

House Tereza has a fantastic location in Zaton, just outside of Dubrovnik. The owners, who are very nice, live adjacent to the house, which is located right on Zaton Bay...sunbathe and leap into the water to swim. We stayed in Apartment Anita, which is advertised as a two bedroom apartment. There are two bedrooms to be sure, but the second... More

This was a great place to stay during the day, but we found it a bit too quiet at night. There are lovely restaurants around the bay with a 25 minute walk, which isn't always on an easy path. There are local buses which are cheap, but they only go once an hour and you need to get a second... More

We were here for two weeks at the beginning of September. The apartment was spotlessly clean and we had all we needed, it is comfortable though not luxurious. We appreciated having a hairdryer, toilet rolls, hand soap and washing up liquid supplied,(the last 3 you usually buy yourself if self-catering). To be right by clear blue water to swim in... More

We stayed here in August 2012, we were originally worried that we would be too far out of Dubrovnik but we had a wonderful time. The owners Luka and Teresa were great, they helped us to arrange a transfer from the airport and taxis into town when we needed them (once when there were no taxis they took us themselves!)... More

Spent 3 lovely days here. We stayed in a small self contained apartment on the ground floor of the house directly overlooking the bay with doors opening on a big verandah. The house is beautiful and Luko and his wife are so helpful. He picked us up from Dubrovnik and guided us with local things. He even lets you use... More

While the accomodation was in some ways a bit basic it was spotless and well maintained and had all you needed. The owners luco and tereza were unobtrusive but always there when you needed them - perfect holiday hosts. The position of the apartment was perfect - 5m from the beautiful clean clear sea. The terrace area was also excellent... More

We have just come back from 2 weeks in Croatia- all staying at house tereza. It has been brilliant. Everything we could have wished for and more. The location is beautiful, as it looks in the pictures, stepping out the front door straight into the clear waters. Luko has a rowing boat and seemed more than happy to let us... More

Visiting Dubrovnik and want to stay by the seaLocation - Location - Location !Do you want to stay by the sea? Here is your answer -Just 10 minutes from the busy city centre on a peaceful village road, and only a short walk from the bus stop, House Tereza sits on a quiet and relaxing Seafront overlooking the beautifully tranquil Zaton Bay.There is a restaurant and a well equipped mini-market near the bus stop, and several other good restaurants a gentle stroll away, within easy walking distance around the bay. But you may not want to dine out once you have enjoyed your covered terrace to dine al fresco, overlooking the sea. Sunbathe on the sun terrace with your sun bed & umbrella. Or, if you are feeling more energetic we have kayaks for hire, and boat trips to the Islands.Swimming is literally on your doorstep, without even having to cross a road, and without encountering a long, hot climb up the cliffs, which is more usual around the Dubrovnik area. ... more   less
