It is good location with great view from the balcony and the breakfast also. It is not so close to Areopolis you need a car and 10 minutes driving, it is closer to Limeni only 5 minutes driving. The price is not so low but it is not so high either. The breakfast was good but I would prefer a... More

True Hospitality We were staying in one of the suits for a week. It was located on the top floor. The room was nicely decorated with lots of stone elements and friendly colors, and it's quite spaceous. There is even a small kitchen and a fridge, which proofed practical. Adjoining the suite, there is a private terrace with a splendid... More

If Gods would have made holidays to relax then they would have definitely chosen the Elixirion Guesthouse in Karavostasi. This unique landscape, the wild beauty of the surrounding green mountains in combination with the crystal clear blue water of the sea and the sky set up a scenery taken out of old myths! Maria, Demetris and their children, our hosts... More

Every so often one has the good fortune to find a place that is beautiful, welcoming, comfortable, and cultural. The Elixirion provides remarkably good value--immaculate and charming decor, a tranquil setting, traditional, delicately prepared cuisine, and, above all, welcoming hospitality by Maria, the lovely owner of the guesthouse. The Elixirion sits on a lovely bay with pounding surf; wild flowers... More

Paradise. Simply paradise! What more can you ask for? The sea. the land, the people. Not to mention the food. A home away from home. The rooms are lovely decorated, Maria takes care of the kitchen as does Dimitris of the farm. It's a perfect match and we were happy to be part of it. We will definitly come back.

We really enjoyed our one night at Elixirion Guesthouse. Maria is a very attentive host and a very good cook. After three weeks 'on the road' it was nice to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and Maria's home cooking for both dinner and breakfast. Our room was very nice and clean with stone interior, comfortable bed and a large veranda overlooking... More
