Well I thought I would put a review up after returning from a 5 day break yesterday. The holiday was exactly what I expected after reading the reviews. The food was good and always found something to eat even if it was slightly repetitive. However, cava for breakfast with fresh eggs, good bacon, the usual extras plus fresh bread fruit... More

Myself and my husband holidayed here in the summer and had a great time. The food is amazing, cleanliness excellent and Richard the entertainer is truely the best! The staff and very helpful and friendly but the male management team are very rude and obnoxious to both guests and other staff members. My only criticism is that this hotel needs... More

Pros: The standard of the hotel was generally good. Rooms clean and nice views. Good staff, v helpful. Free wifi. Nice walk into town only 10 mins. Cons: very windy location. Surfboarding paradise for this reason. Wind is relentless. Makes it difficult to sunbathe. If youve got a wig, glue it on with 'no nails'. People were scrabbling for sheltered... More

A weeks holiday was enough at this hotel mainly because of the food and the gale force wind. The hotel itself was nice enough and we did have a fabulous suite on the 4th floor. However, i felt the room wasn't quite as clean as it could have been. I didnt have a problem with the beds as previous reviewers... More

On first sight of this hotel, we thought it was a prison! We stayed 1 week from 2 Jan. The hotel is not 4 star by any means, and the whole area is just awful. Angelo in Reception was very helpful as I had asked Jet2 to move us to a different area but at great expense. Angelo managed to... More

Such a lovely roomy, clean, friendly hotel, with great food; but so lacking in atmosphere. The nearby village is really lovely; unspoilt original Spanish and has many places to sit with great views. Unfortunately the hotel is too far away from this village, especially in the evenings when most folk like to wander about. It is so isolated that in... More

We stayed for 9 nights over New Years 2014. We booked on the understanding this was a 5* beach spa hotel in my opinion 3* is more realistic. The hotel itself is clean and rooms are spacious, no kettle in rooms though. The bath in the room we had (329) had a crack in it which we reported on our... More

We were here in July 2011 and loved it. The food, 1st class. Staff good, and the holiday, well what can I say.. Perfect ! Hired a car to view the whole Tenerife and drove up to the Volcano. If you go to Tenerife do not leave this to one side, you must go and see the amazing volcanic mountain.... More

We spent from the 23rd December to 2nd January (10 nights). Our first impression of the exterior was of an ex Cold War Government establishment. The interior rooms were based in a square overlooking the open plan seating area. The five storey's of landing were laid out as pictures of the inside of a prison. On 3 of our 10... More
