Heater was half filled with water that means it has not cleaned by anyone. Safe was locked and we couldn't use it. The TV set didnt work. We called room service. We were waiting for someone and had to go for dinner. No one didnt phone us and ask about that matter. The plus point is their meals were good.

On arrival we were made very welcome, and upgraded to a superior room. The room was very clean and spacious with everything in it. The view from the balcony was fabulous, the management and all of the staff, treated us like royalty, and always had smile's on their faces.A big thank you to the restaurant for opening early on the day of our... All in all a very good hotel, Service a little slow ( Had to ask more than once for anything ), But the staff was very obliging. Food was very good during lunch and B'fast but Dinner lacked variety and taste.

Went with family here in August 2014. Poor service. Food lacks spread compared to what hotels that charge similar rates offer. Had to enjoy sausages and tuna fish for dinner!!! I could have had that at road side boutique in Colombo for much cheaper price. Cutlery and crockery is old. Glasses looked outright worn out. TV is CRT (Box not... More

The hotel is set in a very large garden and once you are thorough to the main reception you can see the pool with a back drop to the ocean/beach. There are water ppols everywhere and lots of beautiful flora to admire. Overall it is very pleasant environment and the rooms are adequate for a couple. The shower (rainfall) is... More

It was a very nice place to be for a vacation. had good food (though it have to improve on variety) and the rooms are well maintained. service is really good and the staff is very humble. the beach was dirty (mb cause of the monsoon rains). the hotel lacked social activities and had an unpleasant experience with the repairs...
