Gran Canaria is beyond all reasonable doubt an overcrowded island - at least compared with Lanzarote and Fuerteventura - anche this is the downside, but here in the countryside you can find an authentic corner of paradise. Jenny and Miguel are perfect hosts, and everyone al Los Avellanos can enjoy a peaceful, quiet and nice staying. With only two large... More

We stayed for 4 nights with Jenny and Mig and they made us feel so welcome from the moment we made it up their (very steep!) drive. As other reviewers have noted, you really do feel part of the family during the stay. The house is lovely and the views are just as spectacular as shown on the website -... More

The rooms are spotlessly clean and very spacious (larger than they look on the website). We only had dinner on our first evening as were out and about so much the rest of the time but can safely say the... More

Jenny and Mig made me so welcome and by reviews in the visitor's book everyone else without fail says the same. Their lovely home on the hillside with a sunny terrace and loungers makes a peaceful place to stay. They provide a sumptious dinner or barbeque if requested. The house it situated about 4 miles out of Teror and although... More
