The rooms are tiny, OK for slim people, but I wouldn't recommend it for anybody who wears bigger size. The internet hardly works in the reception. If you want to check your mail you have to use pre-paid computer. Food pretty mundane. The pool is great, the water was warm, although it was closed pretty early, so if you want... More

I've stayed in Blue Bay in June for a week. It was a lovely holiday experience for a small price. Much better than I expected. To start with: hotel staff was lovely, everyone was working hard to make our stay perfect. Reception staff always helpful (swapped our room on first night from small mountain view to big sea view room... More

Wanted a cheap little getaway for a few nights and discovered this hotel. All inclusive cost us just £30 per night each. We still ate out in the evenings but the buffet lunch was quite superb, the house wine good and the local spirits were ok. You can always pay for brands if you're fussy. The staff were amongst the... Stayed here with my husband for four nights at the end of October. We were in a double room on the first floor, which was fairly small but big enough for two, although the bathroom was tiny. The air con was fine but it wasn't over warm at night, but we ended up turning it off most nights. Food wasn't... More

Having just returned from a week at Blue Bay thought this review may be of assistance to others. Very enjoyable stay, reception staff were very good on arrival and despite us being early for check in, we were issued with our all inclusive band to have a drink while we waited. The hotel is one of the cleanest I have... More

Firstly I would like to point out im not a top business man who stays in the best hotels in the world but im also not someone who struggles and has to stay in the cheap hotels, The first Thing I would say is that there is a lot of stairs and you should be prepared for the to get... More

The hotel is in a decent setting for getting to Palma, Magaluf etc - be prepared to walk up hill a lot. The quality of the food is terrible! The food is cheap frozen quality! Would not recommend the food at all!! The hotel pool bar is a nice place. However the male bar attendant was one of the rudest... More

Just returned from a three night stay at the hotel. The room was adequate and although classed as a single had a double bed and mountain view. It was very snug and only about 12" from the end of the bed to the wall so always had to walk sideways! It was very clean but the air conditioning was poor.... More

I have just returned from a 4 night stay at Blue Bay. The hotel is in a good location but if you have mobility issues this is not the hotel for you. As mentioned before you have the choice of steps or a walk down a very steep road to go to the beach, shops and restaurants. It's a handy... More
