Use this place frequently on my way to Kandy for breakfast. This is a popular place for tourists and locals to stop over for tea and meals. The cleanliness was average on most times by this week on Thursday when i stopped for breakfast at 6.15am, the toilets were disgusting and unsuitable for use, with water and urine all over... More
