I stayed here with my husband and my 7 year old son. We arrived late in the day, so we called the hotel in advance to explain we were on our way. When arrived, although they stopped serving dinner at 9pm, thet said it was'nt a problem we have dinner for you. Very grateful as we were pretty tired and hungry! We had a self contained lodge-like room, which was linked to the hotel but we could park outside and there was a door at the front of our room also. The view was stunning, you could see across the valley...so pretty. Our room was all wooden walls and very cosy, our son had his own room, which he loved. The main bedroom was set aside from the lounge area and private with curtains, but no door. Lots of room for all our snow gear! A fridge, whirlpool bath, very nice after aches on the slopes. We had friendly norwegian neighbours, always said hello to us! The food at breakfast time was varied, eggs and bacon etc, lots of cold meats, some cereal and pancakes, very filling! always... more
