The hotel is good. Food was tasty. Rooms are spacious and clean. The location is very good. The pool area is great. The beach next to the hotel is nice and calm. For me personally the service is very important. I gave the hotel only 3 stars because the restaurant staff was rude and impolite to me. Besides that on... More

Stayed between 5th and 12th July 2014. Arrived at midnight with family on a half board package. As we had missed the evening meal we were given a voucher which we redeemed a few days later for a meal at lunch time. Be aware that unlike other hotel half board options ALL drinks need to be purchased in an evening,... More

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon and found it to be a very enjoyable experience. The staff were extremely friendly and clearly, happy to work at this establishment. Service was amazing. The food was buffet-style and good, compared to what you can find in Rhodes city and regardless of previous comments, there was a change in menu every day.... More

The pool and outdoor areas of the hotel are lovely and always clean. The rooms and indoors and dining room are also clean and we'll kept. The rooms are basic but have everything you need when being half board or all inclusive. The breakfast and dinner selection was always extensive so lots of choice. We didn't have a sea/pool view... I can understand some other reviewers that this hotel is not top 'luxury', but we had a really enjoyable stay. The staff are really top-notch: really friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to help us (they even managed to fit us in for dinner on the first night when we arrived rather late). The rooms were basic but... More

The kids loved the pool. That means so did we parents. It was easy for a non-swimmer and swimmer alike. The facilities around it made it easy to set up poolside for much of the day and we liked the club sandwiches and hamburgers we could order at the pool bar. The kids club was a hit with our 6-year... The Olympic travel agent offered us the Kresten Palace hotel and did not mention the much nicer nearby Kresten Royal hotel. The Palace is more 2/3 star than 4/5 star which is what we were promised. First impression upon entering the hotel was good but rooms were dated and the only toiletries provided was a bar of soap - overall... More

If you've seen the brochure then it doesn't lie It was what we expected although the room was different to the one pictured but it had the Seaview we requested. primarily we booked having seen a trip advisor review about someone who was gluten intolerant ( coeliac) and that the maitre of the restaurant readily advised them on what they... This is our 2nd time at the Kresten palace hotel. We returned as a treat for my Fathers 80th birthday, we were a party of 8 ages ranging from mid twenties to eighty. The hotel is on a sloping site has many steps and slopes, so people with mobility problems may need to let hotel know this to have rooms... More
