Perfectly located hotel in a quiet area, right beside lake, close enough to explore town. Staff professional and efficient. Free wi-fi and plenty of parking space. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet superb. At the back of the hotel, they have space for BBQ's, which could be nice in the summer. Overall would recommend this hotel

This review relates to the new Hotel Koch which is located 5 or 10 minutes walk from the town centre. The old hotel is now closed but I suspect both were owned by the same family. Whilst the position isn't quite so convenient as the old one the hotel is nearly new and of a much higher quality, with plenty... More

We stayed there because Hitler's Wolf's Lair is nearby. The staff was nice and the hotel clean and comfortable. I used the internet using the cable in the room. If I ever went back I would stay there again.

This hotel was by far better in quality of the interiors, staff attitude and room equipment than most of the places I was in the US. Recommended for anyone visiting not only town but any surrounding areas like Wolfschanze etc.

The hotel is fairly new (2010) and close to the town centre. The room was nice and clean with free coffee/tea making facilities. A large flat screen TV with some international stations (CNN, DW, RTL, France24) and good working Wifi internet. Staff only speaks German as a foreign language as far as I could find out. There is safe storage... More

This hotel is in the centre of Ketrzyn and is well located for exploring the local area. Principal attraction is the Wolfs Lair, Hitlers wartime base, which is well worth a visit. The staff are helpful though Germans visit much more frequently than English folk I needed a single room but didn't accept the first one offered, the next one... More
