A low budget hotel in the end of Lamai Beach. The rooms are ok but worn. The pool is ok and the garden is nice, both are maintained on daily basis. Booring but viable breakfast. Really close to 7-Eleven. The staff are super-sweet and are doing their best although language difficulties. On the minus side we have the cleaning, or... More

We stayed at the Aloha for 3 nights around Songkran in a Grande Deluxe Room, the first room we were given was upstairs and a little 'crusty' around the edges and the wife was a little disappointed, so after the first night we were able to transfer to a room downstairs with direct access to the well maintained garden and... Location is what pays here. It is at the end of Lamai beach surrounded with many restaurants, shops, cafees, laundries, etc. Close to centre market. Beach and the pool is excellent! Unlike other reviewers I think that service is good. Nice and precise cleaning ladies. Breakfast OK. Nothing special but could be worse...Regarding rooms, dont´t get anything else but grand... More

The pool, grounds and beach are what sells here. The rooms are a big dated. Had issues with the bathroom door locking and we were moved. The staff was nice and the location was fine. Breakfast was the same every day.

This hotel should be closed down!! Dirty, OLD, broken down hotel. The furniture was broken, the sheets had stains. The spa (one dirty open air room, that is) is a joke. This is the land of smiles but the staff here seem to have forgotten how. So many employees and all so useless and rude, no manners or customer service... More

After having a wonderful stay in Bangkok and South of Koh Samui we hoped the Aloha resort would continue our wonderful trip. We were not so fortunate. As we arrived in the room, we noticed that the front door didn't lock properly and the bathroom and parts of the room were very dirty. We asked if another room was available... More

We were walk ins at this hotel so we had a look at both superior and deluxe rooms. Superior rooms are cheap but doesn't have the balcony and the decor (if one can call it that) is rather shabby. The deluxe rooms, which we ended up opting for were spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The location... More

I was meant too be staying in aloha apartments as it was next door to a spa I was spending the day at. Didn't realise when booking that I had to do a complicated check in and travel between the resort and appartments. Manager was rude, unhelpful, didn't like the fact that I had booked through a third party, didn't... More

We stayed here for just a couple of nights, which is definitely a shame as we found ourselves jealous of people that were obviously around for a while. The hotel is nice and central for Lamai, but set back (in the right direction - toward the beach!) enough to avoid the noise completely. I'd highly recommend this hotel for pretty... More

This hotel is great, my only regret is that I wish I would have stayed for longer. We booked it last minute so got a great deal. It is in a perfect location, on the beach but away from the hustle and bustle but then only a 2 minute walk to the main part of Lamai! The staff are friendly... More
