This hotel should be closed down!! Dirty, OLD, broken down hotel. The furniture was broken, the sheets had stains. The spa (one dirty open air room, that is) is a joke. This is the land of smiles but the staff here seem to have forgotten how. So many employees and all so useless and rude, no manners or customer service... More

After having a wonderful stay in Bangkok and South of Koh Samui we hoped the Aloha resort would continue our wonderful trip. We were not so fortunate. As we arrived in the room, we noticed that the front door didn't lock properly and the bathroom and parts of the room were very dirty. We asked if another room was available... More

We were walk ins at this hotel so we had a look at both superior and deluxe rooms. Superior rooms are cheap but doesn't have the balcony and the decor (if one can call it that) is rather shabby. The deluxe rooms, which we ended up opting for were spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The location... More

I was meant too be staying in aloha apartments as it was next door to a spa I was spending the day at. Didn't realise when booking that I had to do a complicated check in and travel between the resort and appartments. Manager was rude, unhelpful, didn't like the fact that I had booked through a third party, didn't... More

We stayed here for just a couple of nights, which is definitely a shame as we found ourselves jealous of people that were obviously around for a while. The hotel is nice and central for Lamai, but set back (in the right direction - toward the beach!) enough to avoid the noise completely. I'd highly recommend this hotel for pretty... More

This hotel is great, my only regret is that I wish I would have stayed for longer. We booked it last minute so got a great deal. It is in a perfect location, on the beach but away from the hustle and bustle but then only a 2 minute walk to the main part of Lamai! The staff are friendly... More

My partner and I stayed at this resort for 10 days in July together with several other family members. We all had a wonderful time. The resort is a little older but the location, setting, grounds. This resort is at the quieter end of Lamai Beach but in easy distance to the shops and other attractions. The breakfast is delicious... More

We booked in for a week and planned to move to another resort, but upgraded our room and stayed the whole time in the Aloha. The resort is older, with a genineThai feel to it. It is one of the more established resorts with great beachfront access. Breakfast was adequate, staff were wonderful, location is superb. Swimming pool and grounds... More
