Excellent little oasis for those who want absolute relaxation with excellent service and attention by the staff. Breakfast outstanding. For more demanding guests, rooms may be small, but the beds are comfortable and everything is clean.. The only small criticism is that the prices of food and drink a bit more higher than in other restaurants nearby, well ranked on trip... More

First of all, there were lots of reviews on here regarding the location. yes, its at the end of Lamai near the grandfather/grandmother rock but its by no means miles from the night-life, its close enough to get to but also when your in the resort, you have pure peace and quiet. You can jump on the bus type wagon... More

I'm not a fan of Koh Samui but this place has changed my mind. Spending a few days here before going elsewhere I was looking for something relaxed and easy going. All I can say is that they exceed my expectations. Yes, the rooms are small(ish), especially to American standards, but this hotel is not a piecemeal, cookie cutter formula.... More

The place is too narrow, with not enough long chairs (4) and since it's behind the crowded Grand''s hill there's not enough sun light as the sun is blocked for sunrise and sunset too early. The French owner is not somebody to be around with. The access to the beach is so narrow that the only way to enjoy it... More

This was our first trip to Thailand and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. It is set at the Southern end of Lamai Beach and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were a delight the rooms clean and everything worked and the food was brilliant. We cannot thank the manager and his staff enough for how... More

I can't say enough good things about this place. I brought my girlfriend here for her birthday dinner. We were not even guests of the hotel at the time. The whole staff bent over backwards to make it a night to remember. The whole place is built on a big rock cliff overlooking the ocean. Food quality was excellent. Mananger... More

this review is a little late. We visited Beluga for 4 nights in June and it was heavenly, we have a delux sea view room and it was stunning, the whole place is stunning actually. Breakfast is the best i have had with anything you could ask for. Finally, the staff are lovely, so accommodating and friendly. Paradise on Earth.

At the very end of the beach with fantastic granite rock formations in front, exposed to the sunrise, this is what i'd call a true boutique hotel with just 14 rooms. The setting at the beach is very comfortable and private with crisp and clear water. One of the rock formation actually gave the name to the hotel; find out... More

After a lot of researching my fiancé and I finally decided to stay at the Beluga Boutique Hotel for our summer holiday, and I am so thankful for that! We stayed 14 nights at this small sanctuary, and here are some of my personal experiences; THE HOTEL/ROOM The hotel is relatively small, only 14 rooms and suiting pool/restaurant/bar/lounge area. Fresh... More

Just the best service from every member of staff, from Romaine to all the guys who made sure we were looked after, NOTHING was any trouble, food was FANTASTIC! Have to mention some names, Soh was unbelievably efficient, could remember everything we ordered previously, both Pom and Ed made sure we wanted for nothing and helped out their staff at... More
